Texas High School Volleyball - Lancaster can't get by Mesquite

September 30, 2025: Lancaster, TX 75146

The Mesquite Skeeters nudged the host Lancaster Tigers volleyball team by a margin of 3-2 in Tuesday's league outing.

The Skeeters now possess a 7-12 record. They play next when they host Waxahachie for a 6A Region II District 11 outing on Friday, October 3. Mesquite will play a Indians team coming off a 3-0 league win over Skyline (Dallas, TX). The Indians record now stands at 24-12.

The Tigers (9-16) will now prepare for their game against DeSoto (DeSoto, TX). The Eagles go into the 6A Region II District 11 game with a 14-9 record. In their last game, DeSoto nudged Cedar Hill (Cedar Hill, TX), 3-0, in a league game.
