Texas High School Volleyball - Leakey bounced by Medina

Medina Bobcats (Medina, TX) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Leakey Eagles (Leakey, TX), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Medina improves its record to 14-11 on the campaign. The Bobcats host Utopia (Utopia, TX) to meet the Buffaloes in a 1A Region IV District 30 challenge on Friday, October 3. The Buffaloes come into the challenge with a record of 10-3.

Next, the Eagles meet the D'Hanis Cowboys (D'Hanis, TX) in a 1A Region IV District 30 challenge, on Friday, October 3. Leakey will attempt to upgrade on its 6-20 season record. The Cowboys come into the challenge with a 3-11 record after their 3-1 league win over Medina (Medina, TX).
