Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Shiner Comanches (Shiner, TX) and the visiting Louise Hornets (Louise, TX), observed Shiner's volleyball team top Louise by a count of 3-0.
The Comanches (17-15) will now prepare for their contest against Ganado (Ganado, TX). The Indians enter the 2A Region IV District 27 contest with a 5-21 record. In their last contest, Ganado was knocked off by Schulenburg (Schulenburg, TX), 3-0, in a league battle.
The Hornets now own a 16-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Flatonia for a 2A Region IV District 27 battle on Friday, October 3. Louise will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Weimar (Weimar, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 16-19.
