California High School Volleyball - Luis Valdez Leadership Academy tips Mountain View Academy

September 30, 2025: Mountain View, CA 94041

Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Luis Valdez Leadership Academy Lions (San Jose, CA) and the host Mountain View Academy Mustangs (Mountain View, CA), observed Luis Valdez Leadership Academy's volleyball team hold off Mountain View Academy by a count of 3-2.

The Lions (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against ACE Charter (San Jose, CA). The Cheetahs enter the Private School - South battle with a 5-4 record. In their last battle, ACE Charter was edged by Stratford Prep (Campbell, CA), 3-0, in a league battle.

The Mustangs now own a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Summit Tahoma for a Private School - South battle on Wednesday, October 1. Mountain View Academy will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Latino College Preparatory Academy (San Jose, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 0-7.
