North Carolina High School Volleyball - Manteo bounced by Perquimans

The Manteo Redskins volleyball squad (Manteo, NC), dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Perquimans Pirates (Hertford, NC)

With the win, Perquimans improves its record to 20-3 on the season. The Pirates travel to Camden County (Camden, NC) to encounter the Bruins in a Albermarle (AAC) 2A contest on Thursday, October 2. The Bruins enter the contest with a record of 18-3. Camden County won 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Bertie (Windsor, NC)

Next, the Redskins meet the Gates County Red Barons (Gatesville, NC) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, October 2. Manteo will attempt to improve on its 13-4 season record. The Red Barons go into the battle with a 11-6 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Holmes (Edenton, NC).
