Ohio High School Volleyball - Monroeville over South Central

Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Monroeville Eagles (Monroeville, OH) and the host South Central Trojans (Greenwich, OH), observed Monroeville's volleyball team top South Central by a count of 3-1.

The Eagles (16-2) will now prepare for their contest against St. Paul (Norwalk, OH). The Flyers enter the Firelands contest with a 11-5 record. In their last contest, St. Paul notched a victory over Plymouth (Plymouth, OH), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Trojans battle the New London Wildcats (New London, OH) in a Firelands contest, on Thursday, October 2. South Central will attempt to move on its 6-12 season record. The Wildcats enter the contest with a 11-8 record after their 3-2 league win over Western Reserve (Collins, OH).
