The Normandy Invaders volleyball squad (Parma, OH), was edged 3-2 in Tuesday's league battle with the host North Olmsted Eagles (North Olmsted, OH)

With the win, North Olmsted improves its record to 16-4 on the season. The Eagles travel to Bay (Bay Village, OH) to encounter the Rockets in a Cleveland West contest on Thursday, October 2. The Rockets enter the contest with a record of 17-2. Bay won 3-1 in their recent league contest against Buckeye (Medina, OH)

Next, the Invaders battle the Valley Forge Patriots (Parma Heights, OH) in a Cleveland West contest, on Thursday, October 2. Normandy will attempt to move on its 6-13 season record. The Patriots enter the contest with a 4-10 record after their 3-0 league loss to Lakewood (Lakewood, OH).
