Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Uwharrie Charter Academy Eagles (Asheboro, NC) and the host North Moore Mustangs (Robbins, NC), observed Uwharrie Charter Academy's volleyball team top North Moore by a count of 3-0.

The Eagles (18-3) will now prepare for their battle against Eastern Randolph (Ramseur, NC). The Wildcats go into the Four Rivers 3A/4A battle with a 5-10 record. In their last battle, Eastern Randolph dropped by Southwestern Randolph (Asheboro, NC), 3-0, in a league battle.

The Mustangs now own a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Western Harnett for a non-league battle on Wednesday, October 1. North Moore will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Triton (Erwin, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 2-15.
