Texas High School Volleyball - Permian bounced by San Angelo Central

September 30, 2025: San Angelo, TX 76901

San Angelo Central Bobcats (San Angelo, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Permian Panthers (Odessa, TX), 3-0 in a league challenge.

The Bobcats (14-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Odessa (Odessa, TX). The Bronchos come into the 6A Region I District 2 challenge with a 15-16 record. In their last challenge, Odessa was beaten by Midland (Midland, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Panthers meet the Frenship Tigers (Wolfforth, TX) in a 6A Region I District 2 challenge, on Friday, October 3. Permian will attempt to upgrade on its 15-9 season record. The Tigers go into the test with a 22-13 record after their 3-0 league loss to Midland Legacy (Midland, TX).
