Texas High School Volleyball - Salado over Taylor

Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Salado Eagles (Salado, TX) and the visiting Taylor Ducks (Taylor, TX), observed Salado's volleyball team top Taylor by a count of 3-0.

The Eagles (24-12) will now prepare for their contest against Jarrell (Jarrell, TX). The Cougars enter the 4A Region III District 24 contest with a 6-27 record. In their last contest, Jarrell was defeated by Marble Falls (Marble Falls, TX), 3-0, in a league battle.

The Ducks now own a 8-19 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lampasas for a 4A Region III District 24 battle on Friday, October 3. Taylor will encounter a Badgers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Salado (Salado, TX). The Badgers record now stands at 10-16.
