Massachusetts High School Volleyball - Saugus bounced by Salem

The Saugus Sachems volleyball squad (Saugus, MA), dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Salem Witches (Salem, MA)

With the win, Salem improves its record to 7-4 on the season. The Witches travel to Masconomet Regional (Boxford, MA) to meet the Chieftains in a Northeast contest on Thursday, October 2. The Chieftains enter the contest with a record of 5-6. Masconomet Regional lost 3-1 in their recent league contest against Marblehead (Marblehead, MA)

In their next game, the Sachems encounter the Peabody Veterans Memorial Tanners (Peabody, MA) in a Northeast battle, on Wednesday, October 1. Saugus will attempt to improve on its 5-5 season record. The Tanners go into the battle with a 6-4 record after their 3-0 league win over Danvers (Danvers, MA).
