In Wednesday's league challenge, the visiting Dorman Cavaliers volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the James F. Byrnes Rebels.

The Cavaliers (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Boiling Springs (Spartanburg, SC). The Bulldogs enter the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Boiling Springs was beaten by Eastside (Taylors, SC), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Rebels meet the Riverside Warriors (Greer, SC) in a challenge, on Monday, September 9. James F. Byrnes will attempt to upgrade on its 11-4 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Wade Hampton (Greenville, SC).
