Holmes Bulldogs (Covington, KY) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Covington Latin Trojans (Covington, KY), 2-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Holmes moves its record to 2-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Scott (Covington, KY) to meet the Eagles in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 11. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 4-4.

The Trojans now sport a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they host St. Patrick for a non-league test on Monday, September 9.
