North Kingstown Skippers (North Kingstown, RI) backers exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Pilgrim Patriots (Warwick, RI), 11-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, North Kingstown advances its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Skippers travel to Chariho (Wood River Junction, RI) to clash with the Chargers in a Division 1 test on Tuesday, September 10. The Chargers come into the test with a record of 2-0.

The Patriots now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host La Salle Academy for a Division 1 test on Friday, September 6. Pilgrim will clash with a Rams team coming off a 5-0 league win over Lincoln (Lincoln, RI). The Rams record now stands at 1-0.
