Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Southeast Alamance Stallions (Haw River, NC) and the host Northwood Chargers (Pittsboro, NC), saw Southeast Alamance's soccer squad triumph over Northwood by a count of 9-0.

The Stallions (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Western Alamance (Elon, NC). The Warriors enter the non-league battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Western Alamance ran past Seaforth (Pittsboro, NC), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Chargers confront the Jordan-Matthews Jets (Siler City, NC) in a non-league battle, on Monday, September 9. Northwood will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Jets enter the battle with a 0-3 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Franklin Academy (Wake Forest, NC).
