Clover Garden School Grizzlies (Burlington, NC) backers exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Southern Wake Academy Lions (Holly Springs, NC), 6-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Clover Garden School advances its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Grizzlies host Ascend Leadership (Sanford, NC) to clash with the Aviators in a Central Tar Heel 1A test on Friday, September 6. The Aviators come into the test with a record of 1-2. Ascend Leadership lost 5-3 in their recent non-league test against American Leadership Academy-Johnston (Clayton, NC)

The Lions now have a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Central Carolina Academy for a non-league test on Thursday, September 5. Southern Wake Academy will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 4-1 non-league loss to Southern Wake Academy (Holly Springs, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 0-2.
