The Grayson County Blue Devils prevailed the visiting Chilhowie Warriors volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league game.
Next up, the Blue Devils confront the Giles Spartans (Pearisburg, VA) in a Mountain Empire game, on Thursday, September 5. Grayson County will attempt to advance on its 4-0 season record. The Spartans enter the game with a 2-1 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Narrows (Narrows, VA).
The Warriors (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Fort Chiswell (Max Meadows, VA). The Pioneers enter the non-league game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Fort Chiswell gained a win over Bland County (Rocky Gap, VA), 3-2, in a league game.
