In Wednesday's league challenge, the visiting Montabella Mustangs volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Coleman Comets.

The Mustangs (2-8) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Charles (St. Charles, MI). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, St. Charles lost by Fulton (Middleton, MI), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Comets play the Evart Wildcats (Evart, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 7. Coleman will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Harrison (Harrison, MI).
