The Munroe Bobcats volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Gadsden County Jaguars to 1 in the Bobcats non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Bobcats now have a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Community Christian for a 1A District 1 outing on Friday, September 6. Munroe will play a Chargers team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Godby (Tallahassee, FL). The Chargers record now stands at 2-3.

With the loss, Gadsden County drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Cottondale (Cottondale, FL) to play the Hornets in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 5. The Hornets come into the outing with a record of 5-1. Cottondale won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Altha (Altha, FL)
