In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Cosby Titans volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the L.C. Bird Skyhawks.
The Titans (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Deep Run (Glen Allen, VA). The Wildcats enter the non-league challenge with a 3-0 record. In their last challenge, Deep Run beat J.R. Tucker (Henrico, VA), 3-1, in a league test.
The Skyhawks now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Manchester for a Dominion test on Tuesday, September 9. L.C. Bird will face a Lancers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over James River Midlothian (Midlothian, VA). The Lancers record now stands at 3-1.
