Martha's Vineyard Regional Vineyarders (Oak Bluffs, MA) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Monomoy Sharks (Harwich, MA), 10-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Martha's Vineyard Regional advances its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Vineyarders host St. John Paul II (Hyannis, MA) to play the Lions in a non-league outing on Friday, September 12. The Lions go into the outing with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Sharks play the Falmouth Clippers (Falmouth, MA) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, September 10. Monomoy will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
