In Thursday's non-league outing, the visiting Owensboro Red Devils soccer squad scored a tight 4-1 triumph over the Apollo Eagles.
With the triumph, Owensboro advances its record to 7-0 on the campaign. The Red Devils host Daviess County (Owensboro, KY) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league test on Thursday, September 11. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 1-2.
The Eagles now have a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Central Hardin for a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. Apollo will clash with a Bruins team coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Warren Central (Bowling Green, KY). The Bruins record now stands at 1-0.
