The Granada Matadors (Livermore, CA) volleyball knocked off the host Dougherty Valley Wildcats (San Ramon, CA), 2-0 in Thursday's league bout.
The Matadors now possess a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Foothill for a match on Tuesday, September 9. Granada will confront a Falcons squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Campolindo (Moraga, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 1-0.
The Wildcats (0-1) will now prepare for their match against California (San Ramon, CA). The Grizzlies enter the match with a 4-0 record.
