The T.C. Roberson Rams edged the host McDowell Titans volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league game.
Next up, the Rams face the Crest Chargers (Shelby, NC) in a non-league game, on Monday, September 8. T.C. Roberson will attempt to advance on its 9-5 season record. The Chargers go into the game with a 4-1 record after their 2-1 non-league win over South Point (Belmont, NC).
The Titans (7-2) will now prepare for their game against East Burke (Connelly Springs, NC). The Cavaliers go into the non-league game with a 4-3 record. In their last game, East Burke nudged R-S Central (Rutherfordton, NC), 2-0, in a league game.
