North Carolina High School Volleyball - West Brunswick New Hanover

The New Hanover Wildcats topped the visiting West Brunswick Trojans volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Thursday's league game.

Coming up next, the Wildcats play the Ashley Screaming Eagle (Wilmington, NC) in a outing, on Tuesday, September 9. New Hanover will attempt to better on its 9-2 season record. The Screaming Eagle come into the outing with a 2-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Coastal Christian (Wilmington, NC).

With the loss, West Brunswick drops to 2-7 on the campaign. The Trojans host Topsail (Hampstead, NC) to play the Pirates in a bout on Tuesday, September 9. The Pirates come into the bout with a record of 7-1. Topsail won 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Hoggard (Wilmington, NC)
