In Thursday's league outing, the visiting Fredericksburg Academy Falcons soccer squad scored a tight 5-2 victory over the Randolph-Macon Academy Yellow Jackets.

The Falcons (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Quantico (Quantico, VA). The Warriors go into the Greater Piedmont outing with a 0-0 record.

Next up, the Yellow Jackets confront the Eastern Mennonite Flames (Harrisonburg, VA) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, September 9. Randolph-Macon Academy will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Flames come into the test with a 4-1 record after their 7-1 league win over Carlisle (Axton, VA).
