North Carolina High School Soccer - Gates County knocks off Ridgecroft

The Gates County Red Barons smashed the host Ridgecroft Rams soccer team by a tally of 6-0 in Thursday's non-league game.
Next, the Red Barons face the North East Carolina Prep Huskies (Tarboro, NC) in a non-league game, on Monday, September 8. Gates County will attempt to advance on its 5-1 season record. The Huskies enter the game with a 3-2 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Beddingfield (Wilson, NC).
The Rams (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Albemarle School (Elizabeth City, NC). The Colts enter the NCISAA Tarheel game with a 3-5 record.
