The Juniata Indians (Mifflintown, PA) soccer overwhelmed the visiting Shikellamy Braves (Sunbury, PA), 10-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
The Indians now hold a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bald Eagle Area for a non-league contest on Saturday, September 6. Juniata will battle a Eagles team coming off a 4-0 league win over Chestnut Ridge (New Paris, PA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-1.
The Braves (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Williams Valley (Tower City, PA). The Vikings enter the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Williams Valley was overwhelmed by Shenandoah Valley (Shenandoah, PA), 8-2, in a league contest.
