The Kennedy Knights soccer squad scored 2 points and held the host Passaic Indians to 1 in the Knights league victory on Thursday.
The Knights now hold a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Eastside for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 11.
With the loss, Passaic moves to 0-1 on the season. The Indians travel to Passaic Valley (Little Falls, NJ) to face the Hornets in a North Jersey Tri-County B game on Monday, September 8. The Hornets enter the game with a record of 2-1. Passaic Valley lost 5-1 in their recent non-league game against Wayne Hills (Wayne, NJ)
