Fans at Thursday's league battle between the Scranton Prep Cavaliers (Scranton, PA) and the visiting Scranton Knights (Scranton, PA), saw Scranton Prep's soccer squad prevail over Scranton by a count of 5-1.

The Cavaliers (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Wallenpaupack Area (Hawley, PA). The Buckhorns enter the Lackawanna - Division I battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Wallenpaupack Area tipped Valley View (Archbald, PA), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Knights battle the Honesdale Hornets (Honesdale, PA) in a Lackawanna - Division I battle, on Tuesday, September 9. Scranton will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Hornets enter the outing with a 1-4 record after their 5-0 league loss to Delaware Valley (Milford, PA).
