Oklahoma High School Softball - Commerce bounces Afton

The Commerce Tigers softball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting Afton Eagles to 2 in the Tigers league win on Thursday.

The Tigers now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wyandotte for a 2A battle on Monday, September 8. Commerce will meet a Bears squad coming off a 9-8 non-league loss to Vinita (Vinita, OK). The Bears record now stands at 13-4.

The Eagles (1-10) will now prepare for their test against Ketchum (Ketchum, OK). The Warriors go into the 2A test with a 4-7 record.
