The Choctaw Yellowjackets softball team scored 2 runs and held the visiting Enid Plainsmen to 0 in the Yellowjackets league win on Thursday.

The Yellowjackets now sport a 13-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Edmond Memorial for a 6A District 1 battle on Monday, September 8. Choctaw will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 12-3 league win over Norman North (Norman, OK). The Bulldogs record now stands at 12-5.

The Plainsmen (14-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Edmond North (Edmond, OK). The Huskies go into the non-league challenge with a 7-12 record. In their last challenge, Edmond North held off Deer Creek (Edmond, OK), 11-4, in a non-league challenge.
