In Thursday's league test, the Tattnall Square Academy Trojans (Macon, GA) softball squad got by the host First Presbyterian Day Vikings (Macon, GA), by a tally of 1-0.

The Trojans now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Piedmont Academy for a GIAA Class AAA & AAAA District 6 test on Tuesday, September 9. Tattnall Square Academy will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 15-3 league loss to John Milledge Academy (Milledgeville, GA). The Cougars record now stands at 0-11.

The Vikings (10-3) will now prepare for their test against Mount de Sales Academy (Macon, GA). The Cavaliers go into the GIAA Class AAA & AAAA District 6 test with a 0-5 record. In their last test, Mount de Sales Academy was tipped by Stratford Academy (Macon, GA), 15-0, in a league outing.
