Tennessee High School Volleyball - Campbell County overwhelmed by Anderson County

The Anderson County Mavericks topped the visiting Campbell County Cougars volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's league game.

Next up, the Mavericks confront the Coahulla Creek Colts (Dalton, GA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 6. Anderson County will attempt to advance on its 4-5 season record. The Colts go into the game with a 8-8 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Southeast Whitfield County (Dalton, GA).

The Cougars (0-5) will now prepare for their game against Powell (Powell, TN). The Panthers go into the AAA District 3 game with a 5-5 record. In their last outing, Powell was topped by Knoxville Central (Knoxville, TN), 3-2, in a league outing.
