Zion Chapel Rebels (Jack, AL) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Barbour County Jaguars (Clayton, AL), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Rebels (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Pike Liberal Arts (Troy, AL). The Patriots go into the test with a 2-4 record. In their last test, Pike Liberal Arts was defeated by Ariton (Ariton, AL), 3-1, in a non-league test.

The Jaguars now own a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Abbeville for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 9. Barbour County will face a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Cottonwood (Cottonwood, AL). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 0-3.
