Orangeburg-Wilkinson Bruins (Orangeburg, SC) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Branchville Yellow Jackets (Branchville, SC), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Orangeburg-Wilkinson improves its record to 12-2 on the season. The Bruins host Hanahan (Hanahan, SC) to face the Hawks in a AAA Region 8 challenge on Thursday, September 11. The Hawks come into the challenge with a record of 4-5.

Next, the Yellow Jackets meet the Andrew Jackson Academy Warriors (Ehrhardt, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 8. Branchville will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record.
