Georgia High School Volleyball - Chamblee over Clarkston

Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Chamblee Bulldogs (Chamblee, GA) and the visiting Clarkston Angoras (Clarkston, GA), saw Chamblee's volleyball squad notch a victory over Clarkston by a score of 2-0.

With the win, Chamblee improves its record to 11-14 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Dunwoody (Dunwoody, GA) to encounter the Wildcats in a 5A Area 4 battle on Tuesday, September 9. The Wildcats go into the battle with a record of 9-9. Dunwoody lost 2-1 in their recent league battle against Lakeside (Atlanta, GA)

The Angoras now own a 6-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marist for a 4A Area 5 battle on Tuesday, September 9. Clarkston will encounter a War Eagles squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Baylor (Chattanooga, TN). The War Eagles record now stands at 15-3.
