The De La Salle Cavalier topped the visiting Loranger Wolves volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Thursday's non-league game.
Next up, the Cavalier face the Academy of Our Lady Penguins (Marrero, LA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 9. De La Salle will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Penguins go into the game with a 4-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Crescent City Christian (Metairie, LA).
The Wolves (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Amite (Amite, LA). The Warriors come into the non-league outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Amite beat Varnado (Angie, LA), 3-0, in a non-league outing.
