The Lewis County Minutemen topped the visiting Fairmont Senior Polar Bears volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league game.

Next up, the Minutemen face the East Fairmont Bees (Fairmont, WV) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 9. Lewis County will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record. The Bees come into the outing with a 1-12 record after their 2-0 league loss to Grafton (Grafton, WV).

With the loss, Fairmont Senior drops to 5-6 on the campaign. The Polar bears travel to Buckhannon-Upshur (Buckhannon, WV) to play the Buccaneers in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 4. The Buccaneers come into the outing with a record of 4-2.
