In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Filer Wildcats volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Mountain Home Tigers.

The Wildcats (6-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Buhl (Buhl, ID). The Indians come into the 4A Sawtooth Central Idaho challenge with a 4-6 record. In their last challenge, Buhl lost by Declo (Declo, ID), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Tigers play the Minico Spartans (Rupert, ID) in a 5A Great Basin challenge, on Monday, September 8. Mountain Home will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Spartans go into the game with a 3-5 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Century (Pocatello, ID).
