In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host George County Rebels volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Terry Bulldogs.

The Rebels (15-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Bay (Bay St. Louis, MS). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 7-10 record. In their last challenge, Bay beat Greene County (Leakesville, MS), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs play the Forest Hill Patriots (Jackson, MS) in a Class 6A Region 3 challenge, on Tuesday, September 9. Terry will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 4-5 record after their 2-0 league loss to Hattiesburg (Hattiesburg, MS).
