Harmony Grove Cardinals (Benton, AR) boosters were pleased Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Magnolia Panthers (Magnolia, AR), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Cardinals (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Smackover (Smackover, AR). The Buckaroos come into the 3A 6 challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Smackover was beaten by Lafayette County (Stamps, AR), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Panthers face the El Dorado Wildcats (El Dorado, AR) in a non-league test, on Monday, September 8. Magnolia will attempt to advance on its 4-3 season record.
