In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Logan Chieftains volleyball team scored a 3-1 win over the Lancaster Golden Gales.

With the win, Logan improves its record to 4-1 on the season. The Chieftains host Canal Winchester (Canal Winchester, OH) to face the Indians in a Ohio Capital - Buckeye test on Tuesday, September 9. The Indians go into the test with a record of 0-5.

The Golden Gales now own a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Reynoldsburg for a Ohio Capital - Buckeye test on Tuesday, September 9. Lancaster will meet a Raiders squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Groveport-Madison (Groveport, OH). The Raiders record now stands at 4-3.
