In Thursday's league challenge, the host Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy Patriots volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Walnut Grove Christian Christian Warriors.

The Patriots (6-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Lee Park Prep (Monroe, NC). The Knights come into the challenge with a 2-8 record. In their last challenge, Lee Park Prep beat HOPE Academy (Concord, NC), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Christian Warriors meet the NorthPoint Christian Academy NightHawks (Waxhaw, NC) in a challenge, on Monday, September 8. Walnut Grove Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The NightHawks come into the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 3-0 non-league win over UR Academy (Gastonia, NC).
