The Springville Tigers topped the visiting Moody Blue Devils volleyball squad by a margin of 3-0 in Thursday's league outing.

The Tigers now possess a 3-8 record. They play next when they host Vestavia Hills for a non-league outing on Monday, September 8. Springville will play a Rebels team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Thompson (Alabaster, AL). The Rebels record now stands at 9-4.

With the loss, Moody drops to 3-7 on the campaign. The Blue devils travel to Leeds (Leeds, AL) to confront the Greenwave in a 5A Area 11 game on Thursday, September 4. The Greenwave enter the game with a record of 0-1. Leeds lost 3-1 in their recent non-league game against Tuscaloosa County (Northport, AL)
