Georgia High School Volleyball - Murray County can't hold off Pickens

In Thursday's non-league match, the Pickens Dragons (Jasper, GA) volleyball squad tipped the host Murray County Indians (Chatsworth, GA), by a count of 2-1.

Next up, the Dragons confront the North Murray Mountaineers (Chatsworth, GA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, September 4. Pickens will attempt to move on its 10-13 season record. The Mountaineers come into the bout with a 2-14 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Northwest Whitfield (Tunnel Hill, GA).

With the loss, Murray County drops to 7-10 on the campaign. The Indians host North Murray (Chatsworth, GA) to clash with the Mountaineers in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 4.
