Victory Baptist Warrior (Loganville, GA) backers were pleased Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Providence Classical Christian Warriors (Oxford, GA), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Warrior (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Killian Hill Christian (Lilburn, GA). The Cougars come into the GAPPS DI-AA Region 4 challenge with a 0-8 record. In their last challenge, Killian Hill Christian lost by Trinity Prep (Loganville, GA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Warriors play the Academe of the Oaks Firebirds (Decatur, GA) in a GAPPS DI-A Sectional 3 challenge, on Friday, September 5. Providence Classical Christian will attempt to advance on its 2-3 season record. The Firebirds go into the test with a 0-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Trinity Prep (Loganville, GA).
