In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host South Summit Wildcats soccer squad scored a close 1-0 win over the North Summit Braves.
The Wildcats (2-6) will now prepare for their battle against Morgan (Morgan, UT). The Trojans go into the 3A Region 13 battle with a 4-3 record. In their last battle, Morgan nipped Union (Roosevelt, UT), 8-0, in a league battle.
The Braves (0-3) will now prepare for their battle against American Heritage (American Fork, UT). The Patriots go into the non-league battle with a 3-3 record. In their last battle, American Heritage was nudged by Rowland Hall (Salt Lake City, UT), 6-2, in a league battle.
