Next up, the Trojans battle the East Wilkes Cardinals (Ronda, NC) in a non-league match, on Thursday, September 7. Alleghany will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Cardinals come into the match with a 6-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over South Stokes (Walnut Cove, NC).

With the loss, North Stokes drops to 2-6 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Mount Airy (Mount Airy, NC) to battle the Granite Bears in a non-league match on Thursday, September 7. The Granite Bears come into the match with a record of 0-8. Mount Airy lost 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Starmount (Boonville, NC)
