North Carolina High School Volleyball - Mount Pleasant tips Gray Stone Day

The Mount Pleasant Tigers (Mt. Pleasant, NC) volleyball nudged the host Gray Stone Day Knights (Misenheimer, NC), 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

With the win, Mount Pleasant betters its record to 4-4 on the year. The Tigers host South Stanly (Norwood, NC) to face the Rowdy Rebel Bulls in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 7. The Rowdy Rebel Bulls go into the outing with a record of 2-2.

The Knights now sport a 8-1 record. They play next when they host West Stanly for a non-league outing on Wednesday, September 6. Gray Stone Day will face a Colts squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Monroe (Monroe, NC). The Colts record now stands at 7-3.
